The Microtel was a wonderful place to stay during our Gulf Shore vacation. The rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly, but I was surprised by the small size of the room given the price. However, the location was great for exploring the area.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was convenient, not too far from the beach, but the room had a musty smell that wasn't pleasant.
